It's the sound of a fridge turning on.

It is a sound that has some pauses that starts a little loud but decreases in volume. It has to be activated by rubbing the broom with a flat surface.

The sound of a traditional house/rooms door. Its made of wood and not at all big or heavy.

A patch generating triggers not that random. . . The triggers are triggering an envelope generator and a sample and hold. The sample and hold cv is quantized following a minor 7th chord rules. Hope you understand. . . Pardon my english. Why this. Answer. I have to start adding something like this to my patches. But i use 3 lfos for this :-/ thats about all i got - right now. The alm pip slope works fine as an lfo too. Square wave this time. Take a close look.

The sound is coming from the fans of a server. By pulling out one of the fans, all other fans turn up to 100%. The microphone is located above the air duct exactly in the middle of the case and thus between two fan fronts. The soundfile starts with the fans on standard speed. After a few seconds the fans turn up to 100%. I left them there for a few seconds and then quietly plugged the removed fan back in. This fan now also switches to 100% - this is the single, delayed "speed up" that can be heard from second 35. About 10 seconds later, all fans return to normal speed. Unfortunately, a colleague came in at that time and ended up talking into the recording. Due to lack of time, i was unfortunately unable to repeat the audio that day, but will certainly do another re-recording in the future. Feel free to use the sound; no attribution required. This was recorded in late may of 2021 near my parents' attic. I have no idea why, but when it rains it always sounds like chaos in that particular location and i thought it was unique enough that it deserved captucing.

Freesound is just awesome. The people here give so much. Thank you all. About this stupid little beat: i don´t know how to say. My drum collection is "bigger than life" ranging from the 90s till today. It´s so sick i don´t even look into it anymore - and this is the hardest kick insides this several hundred gigabytes library.
